This Special is played during Battle either on your turn as an attack, or in reaction to an attack, defensively.
This card may not be combined with any other cards.
Defensive    No

I don't get the point of this card from a defensive point of view. Its not a CD or AH.

I think that description is a mistake - I'm pretty sure the DI is offense-only, because it's restricting the opponent directly and specifically (as opposed to the AH/CD type, which are setting the restriction on the character, not on the opponent).

Hmm, maybe too, bc it says attack or defend. Which is lame because there are only bu and training that cause this to happen.

well, that's what I'm sayin' - i think that's an error in the wiki. This page of his site has the Meta Rules, including Off/Def, and DI says it's only Def... http://overpower.ca/pages/meta.php (http://overpower.ca/pages/meta.php)

The explanation of the special is old and outdated, it was written before the "if-it-affects-the-opponent-you-can't-play-it-defensively" rules came in.
