I looked through the Specific cards list and couldn't seem to find and answer, so this one's going out to the general public:
CC specials often "Act as a level (#) (type) power card", however they "May not be combined with universe cards"
My question is this:
Are there numbered specials that can be combined with universe cards?
Or, does the above have the restriction because it calls the special a power card?
BX can (Quicksilver's is labeled BV? but is OPD and MULTI-power) AND Universe counts to venture too!...and Cap Universe can be used as well!
