Dept. H plays TW which is blocked but both PCs hit. On next turn aspect is played. Do the power cards that landed BEFORE the aspect get the bonus? The bonus is added when venture is TOTALLED so since it landed before venture tally I think it applies to battle it played and FROG. What say you?
I would think that, yes, it would affect Power cards that hit in the same Battle you play it, whether you played them before or after. But that's just my guess.
