Just a quick question about energy replica, if the attack is defended and you draw a Teamwork card, can Cap still play it if you don't have a follow?

OK, what if the teamwork is not playable by Cap i.e. a strength teamwork, can Cap still play it?

If you can follow it legally, yes - he doesn't have to meet the requirements.

are ally cards the same way regardless of weather say cap can play it or not?
