I thought it was DC cards got meta'd but scarlet spidey, w.woman & 2face can only get one of THEIR specials.  PMaster, marauders, & taskmaster still have a GOOD BQ?  As if those characters didn't have enough troubles!

Q:   you can fetch a power card or a teamwork?

you can probably fetch a teamwork since those go into your dead pile.  If for some reason a power card ended up in your dead pile you could retrieve it.

Yes, those BQs can be used to grab anything usable by the characters playing them - TWs, Basic Universe, Training, Power Card, Specials (though not Any Heroes or Activators), and aspects.

I didn't know they could get aspects.  I thought the rule was that the homebase was the one playing those.

follow up question  (maybe I should start new thread?) If BQ is battlesite OPD does the choice of BQ matter?  some say play not usable by (character) and play immediately but its an activator so does it restrict the cards to hero playing it to retrieve his/her own OR ANY card can be pulled?  In other words :  is Tunnels BQ the same as the Bugle's?
