Very unexpected, yet surprisingly pleasing.  I used to dig Hourman, despite his limitations.

Ya, Hourman's cool.  Though the android one is a being so powerful he'd have to be relegated to the status of Any Character Special in OP3.  Quite the contrast to the human Hourmen, who likely wouldn't rate higher than 15 or 16 points.  I'll eventually get to all those awesome JSA characters (my other favorites being Mr. Terrific and Dr. Mid-Nite), but Ted's the last one in the Core Set.  I still do have a few surprises coming up.

Yah, 16 for the human version sounds about right.  And Terrific.... would be.... Terrific!
