Best web links for OP

I'm making up flyers for international game day (this saturday)  and wanna make a list of links to rules, this forum and any other worthwhile overpower sites.  I want to include a link to the web page that had scans of ALL expansions in different resolutions so they can print whatever cards they need to get going.  does any one have that link or any other you suggest!  OP Lives!  thanks for your help!
