fixing broken cards

a broken card that has come up on our ride back from K2 is the EB cards from older sets like IQ and DC and JLA.
EB Brood spawn sandman, Kaliback, and allies from the deep need to be alternated to "may" be attacked as in latter EB cards from Classic, X men, and EBs from Marvel set. while keeping the rule if it is a non OPD it last for battle and OPD game.

clearly you missed the point, the first run of EB cards do not allow the owner/ defender to choose if the EB is hit by an attack. the latter versions.

Old one:"play this card in front of Brood.  Brood may not be attacked until this special is attacked.  Brood may not defend this card".  Newer version". Plays during battle.  FROB any attack made on taskmaster MAY be moved to trained lackeys.  Taskmaste team may not defend. Is KO'd by one hit."  That WOULD make the card useable. Old one: they thro an unboosted 1 PC at it and move on. Or worse opponent throws power leech at it and IT CANNOT BE DEFENDED! New one. Brood would be able to CHOOSE  what ATTACK gets shifted.  THAT makes it worthwhile.  IMO the absorb ANY attack versions as OPDs and narrowed ones: shift a PC  or SPECIAL card are ok as FROG
