Is This OPD Too Strong For Actual Use?

Just wanted to make a thread in this category real quick to redirect people who might've missed this here: http://www.beenhereandthere.com/SMF/index.php?topic=62.0 I'm really curious as to what people think of the proposed card that was never released as well as my slight adaptation to it. Please share any thoughts you might have with us!

It's perfectly fine, especially taking into consideration that the Thunderbolts cost a lot of points and have no other good specials.

What would you think of an alternate that made (Character)'s team +10? It is twice as hard to block as the unreleased OPD in question, but on the other hand I don't think it's all that fair that that the -10 to Venture and an actual 10 attack have virtually the exact same potential to be defended (as long as you assume BU's aren't in use).
