I wouldn't recommend this card in a deck with Carnage as a character. It seems useful in a Battlesite, Carnage doesn't really have too much to offer in terms of non-OPD.

It's not as powerful as Holocaust's Apocalyptic Minion but not everyone can afford to run an Citadel site.
