Got one more question today :P can this card be played simultaneously with, say, a power card attack?

i know it's offensive, I was just think that there are so many obscure rules and ways to play cards that this one might be able to be played with an attack, to help the attack land. Just like daredevil and the darkness' facedown attack specials. otherwise, i think this cards is pretty much a waste of a turn, unless played after an ally card like steve said.

It has a place, depending on what type of team you're building. It can be a pretty killer card in the Power Pack. You're right, though, it's not a great use of a turn (or even a spot in your 8-card hand). A better version of this are the BD Specials, which shut down a character's entire Skill Type (offense and defense) (See: Apocalypse). So, if a person has a lv.8 Power card and a Teamwork of the same suit, both placed, it's a quick way to shut off at least 14 points of Venture  ;)
