If you have no hand but have offensive cards placed can you pass?

I'm going to say yes.....and then wait for someone more knowledgable to chime in.

Yes.

But you can only pass or concede for the rest of the battle. You cannot make any other offensive actions.

Thanks guys, I thought I was right but when trying to teach venture to some of my old overpower friends that are use to straight battle, I get confused. I'm hoping that I can get a great showing of Oklahoman's to the next event! Again thanks!
