I knew she was his sister, but that whole switch bodies thing was confusing... something about the Seige Perilous?

I didn't think that had to do with her change, though... I was pretty sure that, when she was abducted by The Hand, they simply brainwashed her and physically altered her body to make her look Japanese and have ninja skills, in order to fulfill some sort of twisted prophecy - or something...
