correct.  they were the main charcters in the x-men (unc/adjectiveless) part of the 'phalanx covenant'

after the phalanx abducted the xmen, these were the 'leftovers' from the mansion

the who's my generation was a hint towards this group recruiting all the mutants that would become 'generation x'

a little surprised nic didn't scoop this baby

That's for sure.  Hercules is actually a really interesting character in the Marvel universe.  Also, does guessing the theme mean I get to make a theme to be guessed?
