Ncann got it.  They were the ruling house in the House of M storyline (though Scarlet Witch was without her powers during the duration of the story arc.  She was simply Magneto's homosapien daughter, while Polaris and Quicksilver were both homosuperior siblings.)

I concur. I have read a ton of robin, nightwing and a lot of black cat and I spent a long time trying to think up this one! I always tend to flow back towards the authors as opposed to who created them. tough challenge - but good...
