If you have Neron, I'd drop Ra's and Azrael and put Neron and Riddler back in.  .

I do not have Neron  :P

Thats part of what my pickle is. Build a team of DC guys that is a good contender to win, but I do not have all that many DC characters.

Off the top of my head, I have:
Joker, Riddler, Flash, Ra's, Flash, Robin, Batman, Superman, Supergirl, Superboy, azrael, Bane, Wonder Woman, Booster Gold, Comm. Gordon, Darkseid, Green Lantern, metropolis scu, two-face

^^^That little list is another reason why I am having a beaf with building him a good all DC team.

I still think Riddler is a better option then Azrael then.  His tricks more then make-up for a lack of 8 stat, imo.  Ra's can still be a strong addition to the team bringing in the fighting teamworks.  And maybe a Book of Darkhold for when Flash joins the front line.

Oh this I know! Thats why I had the first team I had then the second. When I collected back in the day DC was never picked up at my local shop so we never really got more than a pack or two (and that was from out of town trips with the family). Pretty much everything I have now, I picked up since I've gotten back into it the last few months - thats a good chunk of why I'm asking for thoughts on his team. I can throw myself together a happily little team of just about anything, but an all DC'er is a pain with what I've got......

I actually just setup a trade for the Book of Darkhold for just this occassion! I see your point about the Riddler as well. I wondered a little about Azrael possibly being a light weight (in regards to this team).....

Az does have the 10F and he also brings The System which is nice, but your power pack is gonna be all over the place, and with just about any 2 characters dead, you'll start discarding unsuables like crazy.  If Joker and Ra's go down, you'll be throwing away all of your Int PC's that are in the deck for them, as Az and Flash don't have the brainpower to push more then a 3 each, which is way more detrimental if you tried to take advantage of Joker's only strong stat (which I think you would since he was the only requested mandatory character.)  Having Riddler in there with Ra's to back up the 7I makes for a much more stable board, and more characters who can Book on Flash, instead of hoping you still have Ra's and/or Joker alive when it hits your hand.

Having a pack all over the place was my original fear when I made the first set: Joker, Riddler, Robin, Flash.

What do you guys think about

Joker, Flash, Riddler and/or Robin/Ra's

Both Robin and Ra's bring some nice tricks to the team.  The Flash is an awesome reserve because you can Reap the Whirlwind, which is a nice ability, from reserve, however if you want to bolster your Power Pack, I would just run without Flash and toss one of the other characters into reserve.  Riddler is almost too good to hide in back, cause he has so many tricks you'll want to take advantage of.  Robin has less of awesome specials, but still more then 1 really good one, bringing Quick Thinking, Insignia Dart and Surfing the Net.  Joker has some nice tricks too.  Keys is a great personal avoid, but only if he's the target, he also has an AC for that.  Joker Venom and High Voltage Joybuzzer are fun to play and could really mess a character or two, and Acid-Spray Flower could help remove placed cards, either by forcing a defense or hitting and killing the one you like the least.  Ra's brings  his AA, Lazurus Pit, Talia Megalomanic (though this one is way less useful since it only hinders incomming intellect power cards,) The Demon's Head (which is rough to give up another card for a solo +1,) and the Clench.  Of those it would be really easy to keep him in reserve with The Clench, a 7F teamwork and he backs-up whomever dies in the front with his stats.

I think I like the sound of that. In all honesty the only reason I even had the Flash in was because of his inherent. I wanted to give him something useful out of his reserve out the gate -even if he may/may not need it.

You know, if I go with that, this will have been one long back and forth to basically sub Ra's in for the Flash  ;D

The more I think about it, the more I like the look of this team:

Joker, Riddler, Bane, Ra's (R)

Certainly, you could keep Robin in, over Bane, but putting Bane in definitely gives the team a theme. In terms of usable cards, he still keeps the 6F Teamwork up front, as well as bringing a new one. He also brings a brutal lv.9 attack, and a very useful 2S make 2 additional attacks. Also, his AY can be helpful if you get it and place it early. Remember, having it placed means you wouldn't have to discard a lv.7F Power card, or a lv.7F Teamwork card, should you draw them before Ra's is up, which is a nice boon.

This is me guessing that if your friend likes Joker enough to make him mandatory, he probably likes Bane more than Robin...  ???

Pretty safe guess. Whenever we used to play HeroClix he was almost always a Batman Enemies theme team..........

I may have to toy with that. Either way I think its starting to at least feel better as a unit than what I started with.

I appreciate all the thoughts guys. If you get any other ideas feel free to throw them out there.

Sadly I didn't even think of Bane.  He would make a nice addition here and a much more solid theme.  Agree with Ncann.  Good eye, boss.  Penguin brings a CW and an 11Int to the table, but you are right about Bane fronting Ra's.

Yeah, when I first thought about Bane I was thinking stats: 6-6-6-1 and I thought a 1 Intellect was no good for this teamup with Joker. After Ncann posted to use him I looked him up and realized that I was a complete moron that didnt check my facts or my dyslexic thought since he is really 1-6-6-6   ::) 'oops' .....and a nice little fit.......
